(Culver B, 2015, 33", 5", ML SEV Tet, 3-way branching, 20 buds)  His description includes:  Very ruffled cream-white with a cobalt-blue eye and edge.  When this select seedling first bloomed it stood out as something very different from anything we had produced.  Notable for its majestic presence and continues today to be one of our finest introductions.  Great parent producing many keepers.
