(Culver B, 2014, 38", 6", ML DOR Tet, 3-way branching, 20 buds)  His description includes:  Lavender-mauve with a clear bright purple eye and with veining in the throat of the flower. Bold bright coloring. An extremely vigorous and showy daylily in the garden and one that most certainly draws your attention. We have been using it as a major parent in our patterned eyed program.

-- Comments:  I wholeheartedly agree that it draws your attention from a distance with its bold bright color.  Consistently formed flowers and strong performance, though still fairly new to my Zone 4 northern garden.  Already one of my favorites.
