(Click on picture for expanded view.)

(Culver B, 2005, 33", 6", ML SEV Tet, 4-way branching, 25 buds)  His description includes:  Orange-gold with a velvety wine-purple eye above a green throat and a slightly colored edge.  Vigorous, healthy and adjusts easily from dividing. The tall strong scapes display wide, long, 4-way or more branching that displays the very bold large flowers very well.  One of the top daylilies hybridized at Culver Farm Daylilies.

[FOOLED ME X GILLIAN]

-- Comments:  Very bold color from a distance on the consistently formed flowers.  The red is a darker color in my garden than what is shown in the picture.  Excellent branching and bud count, strong clump performance in my Zone 4 northern garden.  Parent of 14 registrations, including his CARABANA, CARDINAL EXPLOSION, DRACO, EXPLOSIVE FORCE and FLAMINGO CAROUSEL.
